These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TalkSilo (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TalkSilo provides an embeddable AI chatbot that answers your website visitors' questions. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to generate prohibited or infringing content.
  • You are responsible for the content your chatbot is configured to provide.

4. Plans and billing

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle. Plans include monthly message limits; when a limit is reached, AI replies pause until the next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime and retain plan features until the period ends.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkSilo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
