This Cookie Policy explains how TalkSilo uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on our website and in the chat widget.

What we use

• Essential cookies: required for signing in and keeping your dashboard session secure.
• Widget local storage: the chat widget stores a random visitor ID and recent messages in the visitor's browser so conversations persist between page loads. This is not a tracking cookie and contains no personal identifiers by default.
• Preference storage: remembers UI preferences such as whether the chat panel is open.

What we don't do

We do not use cookies to sell your data or build cross-site advertising profiles. The chat widget is designed to be lightweight and privacy-respecting.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in, and clearing widget storage will reset a visitor's local conversation history.
