Billing FAQ
Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. The free plan includes 300 AI messages per month plus unlimited human and outbound chat, the full chatbot, and the widget — forever, with no credit card required.
What counts as a message?+
Each AI reply to a visitor counts as one message toward your monthly limit. Visitor messages and human-agent replies don't count against the AI limit.
What happens if I hit my limit?+
Your AI assistant pauses replies until your limit resets at the start of the next month. We email you at 80% and 100% so there are no surprises — upgrade anytime to keep answering.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel from your billing page at any time. You'll keep your plan's features until the end of the billing period, then revert to the free plan.
How is billing handled?+
Billing is processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Your card details are handled by Paddle, never stored by TalkSilo.
Do you offer refunds?+
If something isn't right, contact us — we'll make it right. Because there's a free plan, you can fully evaluate TalkSilo before paying anything.
