What happens behind the scenes
When a visitor sends a message, TalkSilo validates your widget's domain, checks your monthly usage, and builds a prompt from your business context plus the recent conversation. It then calls the AI model, saves both the question and the answer, and returns the reply — all in a second or two. Your data stays isolated to your account, and your AI provider key is never exposed to the browser.
